Program Overview
Companies in Indonesia face rising pressure to turn climate and nature commitments into measurable action. New rules and market requirements, such as science-based targets, sustainability reporting, and deforestation-free supply chains, now require technical evidence, not statements of intent.
This pressure creates demand for people who can work across science and business. They need to read data, understand regulation, and turn findings into decisions a company can act on.
Bestari Sustainability is a strategic advisory and implementation partner that helps companies build credible, science-based sustainability strategies. As Bestari grows, it needs a steady pipeline of qualified talent ready to join when projects and openings arise. The Talent Pool Program is that pipeline.
Program Summary
The Talent Pool Program collects profiles of Indonesian professionals who want to work at the intersection of science, business, and environmental action. Candidates choose one matched department when they apply. Bestari reviews each application against the department criteria below. Shortlisted candidates are contacted when a relevant opening arises. Until then, there is no interview, contract, or compensation attached to being in the pool.
