Communications & Design Intern

Hybrid

Help shape our digital presence and brand communications by developing engaging content and executing social media marketing strategies.

  • Senior undergraduate student or recent graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or abroad, preferably in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Science, Business Management, or other sustainability-related fields.
  • Experience or familiarity with sustainability projects, environmental products and services, and relevant methodologies.
  • Skilled in design, marketing, social media management, and copywriting.
  • Understanding of lifestyle impacts on climate change, including waste and emissions, is a plus.
  • Legally eligible to work in Indonesia with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English and an understanding of local culture.

Corporate Sustainability Analyst

Hybrid | Consultant

Work on corporate sustainability strategies, ESG reporting, responsible sourcing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Legally able to work in Indonesia;
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, civil engineering, chemical engineering, or other relevant majors;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sustainability issues and framework (e.g., sustainability projects, sustainability disclosure, corporate strategies, GHG accounting, etc.), have a research background is a plus;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented personality with great time management skill to work on multiple projects;
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment, both independently and as part of a global team;
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high quality work products.

Business Development Coordinator

Hybrid | Consultant

Oversee the strategic direction of our sustainability projects, build partnerships, and drive business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managing team within the sustainability or environmental sector, with a focus on business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand various aspects of business and market trends.
  • Analytical skills in problem solving and making the right decisions.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management and fundraising.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
